Our pricing tables below show our unparalleled services to protect your investments, what is included in the service and the associated costs for rooming houses or unit by unit rentals. Pricing for rooming homes are increased due to the additional maintenance activities involved. The percentage charged is on the rent amount of the whole property. Our contract includes the specific activities carried out by Peasant Property Management on your behalf.
